Hi, how can I disable new design? It is not usable.
In the new design I can't see resolution, fix version, "assigned to me" button, when task was created or updated, attached pictures, etc.

I believe that you are talking about Jira Cloud. You can change the New Issue View to the old Issue view, if you go to your profile and disable the Lab feature:
