Modificar la zona horaria

Modifique la zona horaria de mi jira data center y en el servidor donde está alojado pero esta tomando la hora de otro lado, la zona horaria en la que estoy es México y es -6, pero esta tomando una que es -5 y no se porque

Eso ya lo hice, mi zona horario está bien en la configuración, pero en mis incidencias marca 1 hora de más.Zona horaria.png Y cuando voy a la información de sistema me marca que está tomando otra zona horario
