Made a Jira story on a roadmap but it doesnt have a number.

Edited

Hi All,

I was playing around with the Jira RoadMaps and made some story inside of an Epic.

However my story doesn't have a number, they are all just MS (initials of the project)...

I can't delete them or remove them any ideas of what I can do?

Edit; I think I figured it out, this is in the roadmap and I did not Submit or approve the changes so I'm guessing they don't exist until I do that and then they will propagate through into the actual project board.

Hi @Shackled

You've figured it out, yes: you have to Review Changes and then Save them before the issues are created in Jira.

For future readers, there's more information on this here: Save changes made on your timeline to Jira Software

It looked odd to me when I first saw it too, since I haven't seen the same user experience workflow before in Jira.

Kind regards,
Henri, Developer @ Easy Agile
