I have a transition that I fast track based on a condition. It is to create a issue in another project based on the value of a custom field. When the fast track runs, the issue is created but it does not bring up the create screen tied to that transition. Is there a way to make the transition screen come up when using a fast track. If I take the fast track out and have the transition happen manually, the create screen opens up on transition.

unfortunately you can do that through a post function. A post function is something that happens at server side and you need something to appear on client side.
