Hello,
Have setup Jira Core 8.14.1 (Server) and proxy by Apache, now if access via "localhost:8080/jira", the activity stream will show up, while accessing by the proxy "mycompany/jira", it will not show anything.
Anybody has any idea about this? thanks.
What is your base url set to?
I ask because accessing a Jira on anything other than its base url can do this sort of thing. If the problem you have is that, then you should see your base url has been set to localhost:8090/jira rather than mycompany/jira
Hi Nic,
I set it to "mycompany/jira" and now getting another error after setting to "localhost:8080/jira", which showed as below -
I was following this KB to setup the Base URL.
https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver071/configuring-the-base-url-802593107.html
What's more, the proxy was setup based on this KB - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/integrating-jira-applications-with-iis-938847749.html
That's different from the KB mentioned in the error message
Very confused and frustrated after hours and hours spent on something seems should be straightforward.
