Jira Core update error

Hi guys,

I have this problem: I download the .bin for jira core 8.6.1, jira software 8.6.1 and jira service desk 4.7.1. But when i try to intall it i get the following error:image001.jpg

But the .bin are correct:unnamed (3).png

Which may be due? Are the executables on the web wrong?

Cheers,

Diego Olaso Faus

Hi there Diego

It seems the images do not work, can you try to reupload them?

Also application logs are always wort to look at, can you please check the Application Log for Errors and Fatals?

Here are infos on the logs: https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiraserver/logging-and-profiling-938847671.html

Cheers

Hi nick,

I have a question. When you update a jira core/software server with a update package,

When we update from an update package, does it search for a superior one and ignores the version you want to install? I tried to install version 8.6.1 but it is continuously installing version 8.7.1.
