Jira - Attached Image preview is not showing

Hi,
I recently noticed that there isn't a preview of the attached images. I used to see the image preview without clicking it. I rebooted and reindexed Jira but it didn't resolve the issue. Any idea? Thanks

We are experiencing the same issue.

We can confirm that it does not matter what kind of browser you use, the previews will not show up. You have to download the image in order to see it.

And yes, I have made sure to clear all cache, cookies and that the browser is running on its latest version.

@[deleted]we were using two Jira instances (active, passive). We were using rsync for copying attachments from one instance to another. It happened with our system when the primary instance was down. However, I performed a reindex and that fixed that issue.

You can try to perform a reindex and see if that fixes the issue. Thanks
