Is it possible to have JIRA on server and Zephyr on Cloud?

Hi

We are planning to implement Zephyr as a test management tool (Cloud version) but we have a JIRA on the server. is it possible to have that combination?

In short it should be possible but you'll need assistance from different teams within your organization. Though if you are on Jira 8.16 or later API tokens do work now if your Admin enabled it.
