Is it possible to call a test when uploading via csv?

I am trying to upload multiple test cases via csv.
I would like to be able to "call" a test as one of my steps in the CSV.
Is this possible?

Not that I can find, I've not seen any test management app for Jira that executes tests steps as they are created.
