I want to create an option where users can email JIRA (I created an email for users to use (ITjiratickets@domain.com) their issues which creates a ticket. Is there a way this can be done? I've been trying with no luck, thought maybe the answer lied under removing the notifications but I'm not having any luck. Thank you
