I can't edit Board Settings

I am trying to edit my Kanban board to change the order of the card layout. When I click on Board Settings.... Card Layout, I can make the changes, but there is no Save button! I am an Admin, why can't I change these settings?

All good, I had to Add the item I wanted for it to take effect. User error, my bad.

But it doesnt save. When i exit and come back, my changes are not saved.

There are no restrictions. If you have access to board settings, then you can change these settings
