How to view workflow of a project (without administrator privilege)?

I just want to see the map of the workflow so I can follow it without being a rat in a maze.

Hi,

you need to have "View Read-Only Workflow" permission on the project permission scheme.

I've since been advised by a coworker that the "issue view" page has a link to "view workflow", but I've been using the "new view" which has omitted that link. How do I request that the new view include the link to the workflow display?
