Hi Iakshman,

 

JIRA doesn't support 'Structured Steps' from Test Case, so you need a JIRA add-on which add 'Test' capability to JIRA. SynapseRT NextGen is a testing add-on for JIRA and can help use to import Test Cases with their steps and structure, here is the doc for how to Import Test Case

write a test script on your own to upload test case/bug description and summary from excel/notepad to jira by storing the description and summary in string using some identifier and use split() method.
