Hi,
I have self-managed Jira Software Server (8.13.10) running in AWS in private subnet, fronted by an ALB. I need to integrate this with third party applications like Google Sheets or Qualtrics. However, I don't want to open up my ALB to allow all internet inbound access.
Where in the Jira documentation does it cover how to open up connectivity to third party solution providers? I can't seem to find this anywhere, nor what Jira recommends. Should I use an AWS WAF? Modify my NACLs or SGs? What if I want to restrict access to a specific A Record, and not just an IP address or CIDR? These are questions I'd like to see covered in the documentation for customers that are self-managing Jira instances.
Thanks,
D.
