How to change assignee of bulk alerts

I have a count of Alert whose assignee is Mr. X, i want to assignee these alerts to Mr. Y  .

Kindly guide the steps for this through scriptrunner.

I assume by "alert" you mean you have an issue type called "alert"

You don't need Scriptrunner for this.  Search for issuetype = alert and assignee = "Mr X" and then use "bulk edit" from the options menu in the result list.  You'll be able to select changing the assignee to Mr Y in there.
