How do I report on time logged against Project Category in a dashboard?

Under project settings, in Details, there is a Project Category field. I would like a dashboard to display time logged based on project category.

Please correct me if I understood your question, Do you want to see the user logged time-based on the project category?

As per my knowledge, there isn't any way to display the logged time based on the project category.
