How do I bulk upload Stories into my Jira Project?

I am a Jira Administrator. I have followed the instructions for bulk uploading Stories into my Jira project that I found here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/import-data-from-a-csv-file/

However, when I click on the gear icon my only option is "Projects". I do not see "System" as the instructions specify and I do no see the "Import and Export section". 

I am only trying to create multiple Jira Stories from an Excel file.

Hi @Joshua Turner , based on what you have shared here, it seems that you do not have the necessary administrative access. Maybe you are a project administrator. I recommend reaching out to your organization admin, and discussing how best to proceed.
