Hey all We had an old domain we changed, and what happens is that every time a person in the company gets a link to something in Jira and he is using a different device or so, when he presses the link it creates a new user under his name.
How can I prevent it please :)?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Never heard of this sort of behaviour, could you provide more details as to how the user is able to create new users? As far as I know, Jira Server/DC does not allow basic users to create users. Is the user a non-admin user?
