Issue Type is blank while importing tests. It is a mandatory field and we are using a default scheme for this new project.
Hi @Krishna Thupili , are you asking which Issue Types are available in a specific project? If so, a Jira application administrator or project-level administrator can see that information by looking at a the project's "Issue Types" page (among other places.)
Try modifying a link like this one:
https://YOUR-JIRA-URL.com/jira/plugins/servlet/project-config/PROJECT-KEY/issuetypes
Replace the bold parts, of course.
Alternately, the path to this page is: Project > Project settings > Issue types.
Hope this helps!

Hi @Rachel Wright I could get what Issue Types are available for the project. But I have an issue when i try to import tests using Zephyr Importer. I don't see any Issue Type showing up on the importer screen. So wondering some configuration needs to be modified

Hi @Krishna Thupili ,
Sorry, but I don't have any experience with Zephyr. I found some of that vendor's documentation though. See: https://zephyrdocs.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/ZFJ0400/pages/422576142/Import The second screenshot shows the "Issue Type" field so I would expect that field would be visible in your Jira instance too.
I'd try asking Zephr support at: https://support.smartbear.com/zephyr-for-jira/
Good luck!
