How can i calculate a date difference with a measure date field and now

I'm trying to calculate an average time of an open issue report with the function DateDiff but when I put the arguments it shows a empty field.

I know the measure info compiles dates and other information so:

How can i calculate it in this case?Screenshot_1.jpgScreenshot_2.jpg

Hello @Álvaro Galvez Garrido

You can try a Time in Status for Jira Cloud developed by my team. It generates 7 types of time reports, including the Average time report, which shows the average time issues spent in statuses during a specific period of time.

Also, you can export reports as XLSX or CSV files for further analysis.

Hope it helps

Best regards, Mariana
