How can I get a project set up for my work?

I would like to set up a KANBAN Board for Psychometric work but I don't see a project. I believe that I will be the first person the Psychometric and Research team to use JIRA.

You will need to talk to your Jira administrators, and ask them to set up a new project for you.

I'm afraid you will not be the first in the field to use it, one of my first freelance contacts was helping a university clean up and redesign a huge pile of their projects, including several handling psychometric research projects. <mumble> years ago.
