How can I get a link to a specific comment in a jira item?

I believe this was a feature in the old view. Is it missing/gone in the new view?

If the permalink icon does not appear, you can copy the link from the time/date field on the comment, i.e. where it says "Yesterday" or "1 minute ago" etc.

Example:
