Hide / Show fields based on radio button selected.

Is it possible to set a field to visible or invisible in the customer portal of jira service desk based on the selected radio button?

I tried it with scriptrunner but it seems like I need behaviours and that function is not available in cloud versions.

Also I tried with scripted fields but it seems not possible to show them in the customer portal.

The functionality you are looking for is available in 

Unfortunately not available at the moment with scriptrunner :(

Hi Dennis - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

We use ProForma Forms add on to be able to do that. Works great!
