Hide / Show fields based on radio button selected.

Is it possible to set a field to visible or invisible in the customer portal of jira service desk based on the selected radio button?

I tried it with scriptrunner but it seems like I need behaviours and that function is not available in cloud versions.

Also I tried with scripted fields but it seems not possible to show them in the customer portal.

Hi @Dennis Küenzi  ,

Welcome to community!

The functionality you are looking for is available in https://marketplace.atlassian.com/apps/1212161/extension-for-jira-service-desk?hosting=cloud&tab=overview

Unfortunately not available at the moment with scriptrunner :(

Works for me, thanks.

Hi Dennis - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

We use ProForma Forms add on to be able to do that. Works great!
