Google Sheet for cloud: Time value is automatically adjust accordingly to my Timezone

Hi all,
I have just tried the google sheet addon for Jira cloud, and it's amazing, lots of potential there.
I just install the addon, no touch on configuration of Google sheet nor Jira.
Yet, I found that Google sheet somehow adjusted value of time field in Jira. For example, in Jira, my time value field is 8:00am, but when opening in Google sheet, the same field now show 1:00am (given my time zone is GMT +7).
Do you have the same problem and any suggestion?
