Getting 400 response when accessing consent page (oauth integration)

Hi,

 

We are doing integration between our tool (chrome extension) to JIRA data center. As part of that, an application link is being created.

 

When trying to access the consent page after doing an authorization call, we get 400 response just as described in this article:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/confkb/accessing-the-confluence-consent-page-as-a-part-of-oauth-2-0-configuration-results-in-a-tomcat-http-status-400-bad-request-error-1206791088.html

 

My question is - this article talks about confluence and not JIRA. Is the solution relevant for JIRA as well? Can you reference a relevant KB for JIRA talking on the same issue?
