External User Knowledgebase

I want to have a Knowledgebase for our Support Team include external User.

The Users have no Jira access, but i want, that they can search for a solution themselve before they make a new ticket.

How can i do this??

Hi @Julia Rogmann

The external user must be at least a customer, if you have Jira Service Desk, to be able to search for articles on your Confluence, otherwise, you will have to make the Confluence spaces anonymous access, to have people without an account to be able to view the articles.
