Expanding our projects listings shows a blank listing and gives an error

When expanding the prjects section in Jira, the listing for our boards is blank and we are getting prompted for an error.

In chrome the output looks like this.

Has anyone come across this before?


It is the same across all our logins, regardless of permissions and across all browsers

Welcome to Community!

I tested here and searched for similar issues, but didn’t find anything related to this error. Checking the logs, I was able to find many errors related to “Fetch call failed with status code: 401” and some others related to “navigation.view.error-loading-view”, “Cannot fetch project categories”, “TypeError: Failed to fetch”, “Failed to prefetch root sidebar config”.

Just to confirm, is it happening when searching for projects on the left sidebar, is that correct?

Also, for a better understanding of the issue, can you please let us know when did this issue start?

Are you using any new add-on that after it was installed, the problem started?

How many projects are there on the site?

Please, replicate the issue again and let us know the date, time and your timezone, so we can filter here and get the correct errors.
