Does the Jira Software module have all of the same features as Jira Core?

How does Jira Software and the Business Project templates that are available differ from Jira Core?

Jira Core relates to Business Projects

Jira Software relates to Classic Software Projects and Next-gen Projects

If you get Jira Software, Jira Core comes with it automatically.

No, they are the exact same in for the templates if you are using Jira Software

So I will need to request access to Jira Core, correct? 

To clarify, the business templates in Classic Jira Software (Project Management; Task Tracking; Process Control; Content Management; Recruitment; Document Approval; Lead Tracking; Procurement) are different than what is offered in Jira Core.  Is that also correct?
