Creating a Task with Incoming email using Distribution List

Edited

We have configured our Incoming JIRA Email inside a DL

  • Task is not getting created when an email has been sent to a DL Only
  • Task gets created if we send an email to DL & Incoming JIRA Email together

Eg.

we have an incoming email configured to jira@xyz.atlassian.net

We have a DL created DL@xyz.com which has user1@xyz.com, jira@xyz.atlassian.net

If we send an email to DL@xyz.com it's not creating a task

In case if we send to DL@xyz.com; jira@xyz.atlassian.net a new task is being created
