Convert hosting another hosting provider to atlassian hosting

I purchased hosting from another hosting provider for my site now I changed the hosting of my site and then purchased Atlassian hosting but I'm converting my site hosting. It does not convert hosting in Atlassian hosting please guide me in the team on how to convert hosting thanks.

Hey @Syed Musab, welcome to the community!

It sounds like you have been using managed hosting so far, is that correct? So server hosting your Jira Server instance was provided and maintained by another provider. If you now want to move to Atlassian Jira on Cloud you will have to migrate your server installation to Jira Cloud. It's not something you would call a conversion. You're basically switching to a different platform that also has differences, for example, feature-wise and in terms of user management. Atlassian provides some resources about that but it's definitely a project you should plan and test. :)
