Hi,
In our company, we have a lot of projects in Jira. Recently, I've been assigned to the administrator's team to work with the projects but for some reason, I can't see any project.
When I'm trying to go through the link to any board, I'm getting this message.
I can't determine what is wrong with the error number. - JEJM7R
If I'm trying to check all projects, I get the info that I don't have permissions but at the same time, I'm an admin.
Please let me know how we can check if we set everything correctly. With other guys everything works correctly.
Best,
Alex R
Hi Alex - Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Check the Permission Scheme for each project to make sure that you have Browse Project permissions in each scheme. Administrators do not have automatic access to all projects.

Did you check if the admin user has permission to access it. Sometimes you can configure but not access it. Permissions can be tricky sometimes. :)
