I'm using free Jira Core Cloud. Can I use Private Comment feature?

Hi @OndrejProchazka,

I don't think so. In Jira Core you would set this up through comment visibility, a setting you can find in Settings > System > General Settings > Comment visibility.

As a rule of thumb, permission settings cannot be modified in a free plan. But as I have no free plan to check this in myself, I'm not entirely sure. But do have a look. I suspect you won't be able to modify the setting.
