BR does not show up data dump

I have 3 BR numbers that do show up in JIRA but when I do a BR extract I dont see them . Any ideas what might be happening ?

We are a bit stuck here. You have not explained what a "BR number" is, how you are storing them in Jira, or what a "BR extract" may be.
