Automation rule that will close old tickets?

Hi  @Nathan Turner 

What is open for you? 

Go to project settings -> automation and add new rule. Use Scheduled trigger and provide a JQL depending on your need. Then add an action (Transition Issue) and choose the destination step for automatic status change.

Old tickets is tickets what are opened more than x time? or tickets what have been cloned into another project?
