Hello,
We want to archive some old issues, but frequently for audit reasons people need to find certain tasks .
Nowadays as i see, while archiving issues, you have few options to filter issues, like :
This is so uncomfortable and also hindering for us. It is crucial to filter archived issues by Key for sure . Because we have millions of issues and its impossible to export all issues to find several ones for audit. Can someone help us to find out how to improve this ?
Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
I am a bit lost on this - what are you wanting to improve, and how? The search for issues to archive? The archiving process? The search for archived issues?
I want to add filters here :
Because as i said it's impossible to find archived issues here without key , when you archived issues not whole project

Sorry, "add filters"? What are you trying to add here? The search boxes in front of you on this screen are helping you define a filter already, so I'm a bit lost on whenat you mean.

I want to search issues by Key ( or may be assigner or customer request type)
When I want to find only one issue from archived issues, how I can identify which issue to find ? I have Key and customer request type to be sure that this issue is exactly what i am looking for.

Archived issues can be found if you have their key by using "key =" or the quick search, as you can search by assignee and the other fields.
