Once I create a ticket in desktop version, I can see it on my android version but cannot assign it to a Person but I can do it on my desktop version over the same ticket.

Testing on my mobile, I was able to assign and change the assignee of a ticket normally.
When you try to edit the assignee field, does it show any error?
What is the app version? Here I tested on v65.0.504.
