Why can I not export filtered issues to excel (or csv)? These options have disappeared from the export-menu.

Why can I not export filtered issues to excel (or csv)? These options have disappeared from the export-menu.

The export to excel-feature has worked until now. Today I discovered that the excel (or csv) -option was missing from the export menu when trying to export selected issues. Why is that and how do I get the feature back? Both exporting all fields and current fields to excel have disappeared as options. I'm working with JIRA Cloud.

I was struck by this problem today too, but apparently if you export issues as HTML, the resulting file can be imported into Excel or Google Docs without any problems, with some unnecessary styling though.

I am seeing this today as well. No export CSV available in the menu any more.
