How to find Total Remaining time for an issue and all its child issues?

JIRA Version: 7.2.6
How can I find the total time remaining for an issue and all its child issues?
For e.g. If an issue (parent) has a Remaining Time of 5 days and its subtask (child) has remaining time of 2 days, then I want a field displaying 7 (5+2) displaying in the view issue screen of Parent issue.
Similarly, if an issues has multiple linked issues with it, I want a field displaying total remaining time off all the issue and combined in the parent issue.
I'm currenlty looking into Scripted Fields in Script Runner but I couldnt find any specific script for this purpose.
Can anyone please help me out?
