Somes users not receiving notifications after email addresses were not reachable for a while

Dear Atlassian-Team,

We had a DNS-fail a couple of weeks ago and since then some colleagues are not receiving notifications from Atlassian (Jira and Confluence cloud) anymore. This issue does not affect all our user, only some of them.

We have checked the configuration of those users and all of them have notifications activated so, as far as we see, they should definitely receive those notification emails. We also checked the notification helper and it claims they should receive the emails as well.

I found these threads here:

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/Some-users-not-receiving-email-notification/qaq-p/1772563

https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-questions/One-user-not-receiving-notifications/qaq-p/1498084

and I am wondering whether our DNS problem triggered a similar behaviour so that some users landed in such a suppression list?

I am assuming that I am not allowed to check such supression lists on my own, am I right? How can I trigger such a check?

Thank you very much

The Atlassian support solved our issue, that was, indeed, caused by our email addresses being added to the bounce list.

@Angélica Luz(I am sorry if mentioning you directly is innapropriate, but I saw you were the key to the solution in the threads above, so I though I give it a chance). Do you think you can help us with this issue?
