How can I merge/combine two administration accounts

Hi everyone,

I hope you are well. 

I have a user with two different administrator accounts on Jira, and we would like to merge both or migrate one to another.

I think my question it's difficult and maybe not possible right now. But I would like alternatives/possibilities to help the user.

Hi @RG³ 

As far as I know, merging two different administrator accounts on Jira Cloud is not currently possible (Please take it with a pinch of salt).

You can make one account the primary account and use it for the main Jira admin activities. After a while, delete the other. or simply contact Atlassian Support for further assistance.

You are right, there is no "account merge" on Cloud or Server/DC.
