Can no longer post comments on one board

Hi there, yesterday I could post comments on all my boards. Today I cannot post any comments on my main board -- though I seem to be able to on the others. Comments are enabled, I am a member (admin actually). I tried refreshing, deleting cache & cookies, rebooting the computer. I tried private browsing. I tried downloading the Windows app (instead of running in Firefox). Same problem.

What you mean by comments are enabled? 

Even if comments appear enabled, the board’s commenting permissions can be set in a way that stops you from posting..

As described above.. 

  • Open the board that’s giving you trouble.
  • Open the Board Menu (right-side menu).
  • Go to Settings → Commenting Permissions.
  • Make sure it’s set to something like Members (or a broader option) rather than Disabled.

If it’s accidentally set to Disabled, nobody can post comments, even admins, until it’s changed.

I am thinking also about exceeding Free tier 10 user limits..

(...) - if the Workspace has more collaborators then the boards in this workspace will become view-only.

If you already tried that - please let me know we would continue to troubleshoot!

Yes, comments permissions are set on Members, and I am an admin. There are not more than 10 users. Still stuck. "There was an error adding your comment. Try again" is the error I get any time I try to comment on any card on this board.
