Can I assign someone else to "watch" a specifc list, or do they have to do it themselves.

I want to be able to add staff to certain lists myself, instead of them having to go and select "watch" manually for every List.

Is this possible ?

I'm afraid not... The watch feature is personal and can't even be controlled by the API on behalf of others...
