How do I turn off Opsgenie alerts temporarily?

Hello, I've been scouring the web, but I found a lot of old documentation and images about turning off alerts.

Does anyone know how to turn off Opsgenie alerts currently, in our year 2024.

In our instance it looks like we were able to disable the escalation policy temporarily, so that's what I did...

Hi @[deleted] , I believe you can turn off the alert in service project and that will disable any further alert. Follow the below steps to disable Alert in a service project of JSM

Project setting -> Feature -> Under Operation section -> Alert (Click on toggle button to turn it off if it is already enabled)
