I have a few projects in Jira - I have the zendesk plugin configured as described in the documentation and it works and displays in one project and its tickets in jira but not another - I have verified permissions and they both seem to be identical

Hey John,

Bi-directional integrations can be a hurdle. One of our clients tried to integrate Jira with Zendesk and they experienced the same issues. After some struggling time, they decided to proceed with an out-of-the-box integration product, which in their case was ZigiOps. It creates such bi-directional integrations and is very simple to use.

Check it out it may help.

Cheers,

Eric
