you do not have permission to share. all shares are invalid

Hello all,
I'm the owner of a dashboard and I'm trying to share it with other users in the company but I'm getting the error

"you do not have permission to share. all shares are invalid"

Some weeks ago all users were able to access this dashboard, even if I didn't share it with them. Now, they cannot access it any more with the following error:

When I try sharing it with them, I get the following error message:

We checked the group permissions and it seems to be correctly set with "Share Dashboards and filters".

Is there anything we may be forgetting to check?

Hi @Igor Liscio 

Double check the global permissions for Sharing Dashboard and Filters.

The problem is with that permission, check all user and groups that are set and are the users in those groups.

To add some clarification...

There is a Global Permission to allow users to share filters and dashboards. Your Jira Administrators will need to check if that permission is allocated to a group to which you belong.
