We are a user community, not the support team for any specific Jira instance.
If you are experiencing a permission/access issue for a specific Jira instance you will need to reach out to the administrators of that instance for help.
If you are unsure who to contact, some people you might consider are:
- the person who initially told you about the Jira instance
- the person who initially helped you get access to the Jira instance
- the internal support team for the company that owns the Jira instance
It is possible that permissions have intentionally been configure for that space to allow people to create items but not view them after creation. That would be something the Jira instance administrators can determine.
