working with boards

In a Business project, the core boards of To Do, In Progress, and Done- I'd like to change the default to show longer than 14 days of Done items-- any idea where, or if, this is configurable?

Go To: Board >> Configuration >> General

At the bottom there is a drop down as; "Hide completed issues older than"

Default value is 2 weeks, set it to `Show All`

Thanks for this-- but is this for on-prem solutions? We're cloud, and don't see 'COnfiguration' as a choice in Board. (yes, I'm an admin for the whole system.)
