workflow action Invalid

Hi ,

   I am facing an issue only for a particular ticket of type Tech Task , I am not able to see WF statuses in ticket nor able to do changes through board or bulk update.

I get WF invalid action

 

It seems that you have tried to perform a workflow operation (In Development) that is not valid for the current state of this issue .The likely cause is that somebody has changed the issue recently, please look at the issue history for details. 

 

I have checked -global permissions, project level permissions etc..

 

Can anyone please let me know, how to resolve this issue.
