work load per user per sprint??

During sprint planning I am looking for a way to view each users work load in estimated hours. There has got to be a way to do this. Any suggestions would be great.

We personally didn't ever find a great way to do this in agile. What we had to do was create a custom filter that had all the issues in the sprint and showed the original estimates. We then exported to excell to massage the data.

You could do this better in SQL if you had a report that group by user and summed up original estimate. It would be one way to do it, but it's not a seamless thing if you don't want to leave the planning tab in agile. I would love to see this new feature in JIRA agile though.
