Hi,

 

I'm trying to send an email with list of open issues in one email with Jira automation but getting multiple emails instead of one email with list of issues

in schedule the trigger the JQL field is mandatory.

Hi @Kiran Reddy Angitipalli and welcome to the Community!

No, the JQL field is only manadatory if you check this box in the scheduled trigger:

Just leave that box unchecked and use a Lookup Work Items (previously Lookup Issues) action instead in the next step of the rule. You can then reference the results returned by that action to create the body text of your email:
