Hi,
I'm trying to send an email with list of open issues in one email with Jira automation but getting multiple emails instead of one email with list of issues
in schedule the trigger the JQL field is mandatory.
Hi @Kiran Reddy Angitipalli and welcome to the Community!
No, the JQL field is only manadatory if you check this box in the scheduled trigger:
Just leave that box unchecked and use a Lookup Work Items (previously Lookup Issues) action instead in the next step of the rule. You can then reference the results returned by that action to create the body text of your email:
Hope this helps!
thanks a lot, its working now.

Hi @Kiran Reddy Angitipalli , welcome to the community.
First we would really need to see your automation to help you more completely and quickly. I will also note that there are a lot of examples in existing community posts of this exact use case. So if you aren't getting a quick enough answer here. I encourage you to use the search bar above.
